TIPS

CHAKRA MEDITATIONS USING GLASS FILTERS

Visualization and intention are the best tools for directing a color into a chakra. In standard spectrochrome therapy this is not necessary. The aura will direct the color naturally and efficiently. However, directing a color toward a specific energy center requires an intentional effort.

PRACTICING YOUR IDEAS

The color formulas in Let There Be Light are the clinical basis for spectrochrome therapy. They have been proven out over the centuries. But what if you have some ideas of your own ??? What about emotional, or mental, or spiritual states that your would like to address for yourself? What about intuitions? Is it possible to overdo a color? The standard guideline places your light source at least 3 feet away. 3 to 5 feet is optimum. This practice makes your investigations and experiments safe.
